On the day of arrival, your room is available from 14:00 hrs, on the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 hrs at the latest.

- For bed and breakfast the price is reduced by € 11,00.
-single room supplement: € 18,00 per night and person

If children stay in their parents' room, you will receive the following discounts during all seasons: Children up to 3 years stay for free at Hotel Vera Monti, children from 4-8 years: -50%, children from 9-14 years: -25%, children from 15 years: -10%.

For our four-legged friends we charge € 12.00 per day (without food).

The Austrian hotel contract regulations apply here. A free cancellation of your booking is possible up to 3 months before arrival.
In case of cancellation up to 1 month before the date of arrival we can charge a cancellation fee of 40%.
Cancellation up to 1 week prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 70% if the room can be re-rented.
In case of a cancellation at short notice 7 days or less before your arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the booked service.
We will be happy to send you documents from Europäische Reiseversicherung.

For the fixation of reservations we ask for a deposit
of € 200.- per room to our account.
